All 11&Over swimmers are eligible to attend

10&Under swimmers who are faster than 3:40 for 200 Freestyle and 3:55 for 200 IM

If you are qualified for East Coast Champs you are not eligible to attend
Confirmation
A firm date for confirmation of Friday, January 27th will be used for
this meet. I realize this is a short window but the meet program was
only available yesterday.
Parents are asked to either confirm with Mr. Bill and your group coordinator.

Session #2 – FINALS Saturday, February 11th 8:00am Warm-Up

Session #3 – Prelims Saturday February 11th 2:00pm Warm-Up

Session #4 – FINALS Sunday February 12th 8:00am Warm-Up
NOTE: Top 6 from prelims will swim in the Final session.
Cost
Estimated cost for this meet will be $70 dollars per swimmer depending on number of swimmers attending. Fee is for entries and coaching expenses.

Instructions on how book room under our room block is posted on page 2
of this memo. Each family must book their own room. You can stay in
another hotel if you wish.
Your group block is now set up at the discounted rate of $119.00 which will be available to book until February 2nd 2012.
Your group code is BSC and must be quoted at the time of booking to ensure that you are under the correct guest room block and getting your proper rate.

If you scroll down the page, there is a place where you can enter your group convention code.

Simply put your BSC code in and select continue.

The next page will list all of the room types that are available at your discounted rate.

You select your desired room type and the continue button.

Just follow the rest of the steps (name, credit card # etc.) and the reservation process will be complete.
